Money Return Policy
- Refund Period: Refunds for purchased services are available within the first 3 days following the purchase. This refund can be requested regardless of usage, or if the job ad (vacancy advertisement) has not been posted by our recruiting firm within this time. Please note that refunds are not applicable to services such as candidate filtering, partner advertising, or vacancy alerts.
- Pro-Rated Refunds After Initial Period: If a refund is requested after the initial 3-day period, the amount refunded will be calculated by dividing the total service cost by the number of days the service was used, with the corresponding amount deducted from the initial purchase price.
- Refund Policy on Service Outcomes: Refunds are not issued based on the absence of results or negative outcomes, in line with our Terms and Conditions. Recruitment outcomes, including employment contracts, are beyond our service guarantee.
- No Outcome-Based Refunds: The buyer is not entitled to refunds in cases where the recruitment process does not result in employment, regardless of the recruiting firm’s efforts.
